How Do I Love Thee? Let me count the ways. All the wonderful meals and times we have had at 28 Springs. It is that place you leave feeling like your Grandma fed you really good...if your Grandma is a Down Home Chef! We just live the attitude and service always. Hope they are there forever.

I got the tempura season vegetables which was just yellow squash and zucchini. It didn't have a lot of flavor but the dipping sauce made up for that. I also got the catfish cakes for my entree and they were fantastic! 5 stars for this dish. My husband got a burger and he said it was just OK. I ordered a cup of tea and they were out of tea bags so the waitress upgraded it to a pot of tea at no charge. If I was from this area I would eat here frequently. There were several things on the menu that sounded good. New restaurant with contemporary design. Nice clean restrooms with changing tables.

Food and service are great no complaints! The Bartender knows his booze and makes good recommendations on food and beer. I have been to almost every restaurant in the area and this place will have my business again.

This is my go to place whenever I'm in town. I have never had a bad meal here, and judging from the crowd of regulars, I am not alone. This is a hidden jewel in a town filled mostly with diners and dives. There are always spectacular specials, and the waitstaff and bartenders are always excellent.

Most items are really good. The Long Island T's are a great drink choice. The burgers are outstanding for lunch. The dinner menu is diverse and worth exploring. It's a great date night place!

Sitting at the bar is the best place to be here. The bartenders really are craftsman and take a lot of pride in their cocktails and brews. Food is great and the menu changes based on availability of the local farmers.

Cool atmosphere with a huge wine and beer selection, it's a great place for a burger or if you prefer a more sophisticated menu they have something that will dazzle the taste buds.

The food was good! Atmosphere was really relaxed wish the Moscow mule would have been made with crushed ice but it was good.. My husband and I had a good time would recommend for anyone wanting a good dinner.

Food that's beyond excellent and prices that are reasonable. The desserts are excellent and sized for two people.

Better beer selection than most bars in Memphis. No. Really. This place has a top notch beer selection and by that I mean all the really delicious brews that other restaurants overlook. I had the best dressed burger and I have to say that from this one example, the food is also top notch. If this place opened in Memphis it would seriously beat out both the fox and the saucer (both locations) as the best food and beer among them. So anyway, they have a rather large selection of wines, too, but I'm a beer guy. The band was excellent and would have been welcome on a Friday night, but it was a Tuesday evening and I had a superb meal, two excellent brews and some great music (kinda country bluegrass but really good- think Mark Edgar Stuart or The Oh Hellos) that really made my night. My server was also very attentive and friendly and never hovered. Overall, I would drive to Siloam springs to visit this place again. I'm from Memphis. Let that sink in. Do NOT miss this place.

My husband and I go here about once a week. Something fun is going on almost every night and the menu is always changing. We love 28.

This place is awesome. The food was gourmet quality. Portions were small by most people's standards but just the right amount A's far as I was concerned. I would rather have the perfect portion of high quality food than huge sloppy portions. The staff was great. Planning a return trip soon!

The restaurants ambiance is very nice and elegant, but unfortunately that does not make up for the poor service and the lack of finesse in the food. It literally, I do not exaggerate when I say this, took them 1 (one) hour to bring them our food, and to finish it off, the food was mediocre. It really was not that great, honestly. I'm saying this as one who has tried it more than once.

First impressions are great. Repurposed car dealership turned into a trendy hipster restaurant downtown Siloam springs. Next impression was poor. Blue plate lunch special already gone at 12:30. I chose the next best thing on the menu, a deluxe burger w Parmesan fries. I had the option of adding one of about five different cheeses and went with blue cheese and then one other topping and I selected the guacamole. The waiter promised that the meat was freshly ground each day and it was fresh. The downside was that the patty had very little flavor to it and wasn't seasoned much (yes I ordered it medium well as to not cook all the flavor out). In general I would say the burger was disappointing. The bun was difficult to bite through, a little tough and the guacamole may have been fresh but had way to much lime juice or it was purchased in a plastic bag. The Parmesan fries were unremarkable as well. They were flavored nicely but were not served hot and past their peak. Trying to end on an upbeat note ... The iced tea was great and my lunch mates tried the potato soup and were very happy with their selection. Maybe things pick up in the evenings!

Tried 28 Springs again hoping something has changed, unfortunately not. The draw here doesn't seem to be the food, but rather the small bar in the back. The bar seems to be a hangout for students an hipster faculty from the local Christian university. The waiters are attentive, but if you actually ask for something they disappear for long periods of time. The food is still average to less than average except in price which is VERY high. If they are still in business in another year we my go back out of curiosity.

Environment was nice, clean, classy, and inviting. I came during lunch and sat at the bar. Bartender was a nice dude and we began striking up a conversation. He suggested some beers from local AR breweries. Each beer he let me sample. I ordered the NY Strip steak rare and it came out medium. Overall, the food was not that good, however, I heard their burgers are pretty good. Beers were good. I would come back and recommend this restaurant for drinks or a lite bite to eat.

Absolutely fantastic food, really good selection and reasonable prices. Great beer and wine menu, too! This goes on our list of "we'll be back" restaurants.

Recently I gave 5 stars. But with menu changes and all I can't give more than 2 stars. We had plans to go for a special date tonight. However, they have special menus and do not offer a plain burger or anything plain for those who like there food plain. "But of course we have..." =$75. We like 28 Springs and some of the employees are outstanding. But this whole menu thing was not a good idea. We are taking our $75 to fayetteville. :-(

My wife and I love to come here. The atmosphere is very nice and intimate and the food is good. Menu is a bit limited, but it has all been good so far. Great beer selection, and a very cool bar area. The best Siloam has to offer, and better than some of the trendy places in the bigger metro area.

Some of the best food to be had in any town of an size, and it's in humble Siloam Springs. The beer list isn't huge, but every single choice is top notch. All killer, no filler. Any time you walk into a place and they have Prairie Artisan on tap you know you've hit the jackpot. The gentleman that runs the spirits side of the house figured out that my wife and I love craft beer and brought over samplers, unbidden, of brews we "just couldn't miss." I had the chicken fried steak. This is not a dish I order, ever, but after encouragement from friends I gave it a shot. Amazing. Perfectly fried over a bed of rice and beans with some kind of awesome sauce on top. Mix in the top quality bluegrass band that was playing and you have a pretty unbeatable experience.

I try to like 28 but?....... Bars good . Great drinks , overpriced . Food limited. They have a steak Thai salad that is GREAT but they have raised the price 3 times . No Lunch special any more and service is hit and miss ...took pork off menu.. Oh well ...

The menu is thoughtful, the bartenders take great care in providing the best quality drinks, and the bar atmosphere is modern and plushfully inviting. Located in the heart of Siloam Springs, you can enjoy the view from anywhere in the restaurant.

A newly updated menu and new chef brought me back to 28 Springs. We escaped Fayetteville and the craziness of Bikes, Blues and Barbecue to celebrate a friend's birthday. Delicious food, great service and an outstanding wine and beverage menu - with a great "drinks enthusiast" he will create or treat you to anything you can dream up. We had a great experience and will be back!

Excellent bar, Great entrees, Gluten-Free friendly, good live music (especially on Tuesday nights with Sons of Otis Malone) and a really fun social atmosphere. Surprising quality for a reasonable price. Favorite restaurant in Siloam Springs and definitely worth the drive from Rogers or Fayetteville to at least give it a try. Especially if you want to do one of their featured tasting events.

This is my 3rd visit here in as many months. Business brings me to town and this place was recommended by my customer. The Fettuccine Alfredo is fantastic. Make sure you add the Chicken Breast. You will thank me.

In town for business from San Diego. A great menu with quality and obviously professionally created foods. The Shepherds pie was presented nicely and tasteful. If you are hungry, add the awesome pretzel bread. Wow A great find if you end up in this quaint little town!

All I can say is the folks who give this place a good review must be starved for a really good place to eat. We have dined there many times. (The definition of insanity) The service is very good, the bar selection is very good, but the food needs more management attention paid to the product. The plates are cold, resulting in cold food. Tonight I ordered the pork chop entree. The potato was cold and I had to send it back. When my dinner was returned, I cut into the pork chop and it was raw in the middle. I took it back to the kitchen and the folks behind the line tried to makes excuses, saying the had a big house tonight. That's no excuse for putting out a bad product. They looked at me like I was crazy. Oh we'll, I'll go back for the bar. I figure they think since they are the only game in town they don't have to strive to be excellent.

Been here for lunch and dinner and the lunch prices are decent and still big servings. Hasn't been very busy and the waitress was okay, under 21 so couldn't check out the bar. The deluxe burger was great and the fries were delicious.

I had heard of 28 Springs and had been wanting to go here. Thankfully, I attended an event here So won't be able to comment on the menu items, just those offered to us on the limited offerring. The pretzel bread and spread were awesome. Our table had a few loafs. I wasn't a fan of the salad, but our dinner was a quarter chicken, sirloin, and asparagus. The chicken and sirloin were both very tasty. For dessert they brought a four layer chocolate cake. It was yummy. Rich, but yummy. My only gripe was the wait staff. Lots of drinks went empty for long periods of time and then we had 6 people at our table get food and then 1 got there's about 8 mins later. Overall a decent experience. Would like to try the brunch sometime. Hear it's good.

This is casual fine dining at its best. The bar has an excellent selection of local beers to favorites around the country (and world at times). If they have anything from Core brewery on tap, definitely give it a try. The food on the menu, while slightly expensive, is worth the extra few bucks. The salads are fantastic and fresh, the burgers cooked to the way you like it, and the service is just as good as the most expensive place you could go to in NYC. One thing I would say though is that at its core this place is truly a bar. The food is great, as I said above, but if you go for anything really fancy expect to be satisfied. Anything that you would normally see at a bar - burgers, fries and dips - are simply superb.

I am giving 3 stars because this place seems up and down. Wait staff is always gone for long periods, takes forever to get food. The first few times the food made up for the service. The menu usually changes with season and is usually thoughtful. The pretzel bread is amazing. This is definitely not a steakhouse so don't be fooled. It try's to hard to be "fine dining" as it is not and the food proves it. I will eat here again but if it keeps going this way the next time will be the last time and it will be given a 1-2 star. Pretzel bread is worth atleast 2 stars alone.

An amazing restaurant to be added to NWA's fine but affordable dining and right in our own backyard! A great location, an extensive wine, beer and handcrafted drink list and a variety of Chef Miles James specially created & plated dishes to choose from just to start! The large dining area allows for quiet and intimate as well as seating for larger groups out for a good time or serious business. Seating at the open kitchen presents the ability to see everything from burgers, polenta stacks, sea bass or even pancakes for the kiddos being prepared in a sanitary environment. And last but definitely not least is the bar that is set apart just enough and offers its own unique experience with a variety of seating, a special glass for every drink and an array of beers on tap not to be rivaled. A must try destination!

Such a refreshing environment and delicious food at reasonable prices. Definitely a top recommendation for lunch or dinner. And the bar area is a great hangout place for any evening. Put 28 Springs on your Must Try list!!!

We had a lovely meal, great service, good prices for specialty sandwiches and burgers. I had the Thai seared steak salad and although it wasn't quite what I expected, it was excellent. It had very little lettuce and a lot of delicious buckwheat noodles. I need to be gluten free and they had a number of items that were GF as well as offering GF buns and bread for their burgers and sandwiches. Hubs had a Rueben sandwich and thought it was very good but would have liked a little more sauerkraut. He asked for a beer recommendation and the one he was served he said was excellent. (There is a very extensive wine and beer menu.) We checked out what others were having and I could see why some folks complained about the amount of food. It's not served Southern style with more food (and calories) than most people can eat. It was more along the upscale restaurants in California and Colorado. We were too full for dessert, but plan to return just for that. For Siloam Springs it's a great date location because you can eat from a range of prices for food. Eight dollars for sandwiches and burgers. Five dollars for appetizers. Higher prices for the more exquisite food. I was very impressed especially since I read so many poor reviews. None of them were true in our experience.

Took my mom here last weekend with my husband, little guy, who is 1, my nieces (pre-teen and teen and my sister. We had a good time. Made reservations for 6, arrived on time and were seated right away. Ordered drinks and appetizers, Edamame and Tempura Green Beans (my son loved both), but his favorite was the offering of fresh bread that was brought out with the appetizers. We all ordered burgers, except for the nieces. This was my first time to order a burger and I was really excited as I have seen them come out perfectly done, I like my meat more on the bloody side so I ordered it Medium Rare. However I was a bit disapointed as mine came with barely a hint of pink and a bit on the dry side. It was still very good, as they have their own special mixture of ground beef. I got the Bleu Cheese burger, which in my opinion saved the burger. My mom ordered the exact same burger as I did, only she ordered hers Medium, when I looked across the table at her burger, I realized what had happened, someone had mixed up her burger and my burger. Not to get me down, we all ate and then ordered the Lemon Custard and the Coconut Cake for dessert to split amongst us. They were both divine. Looking forward to my next experience.
